Include food timings, numbers and dietary requirements in your enquiry. Outside catering is not offered.

When can we hire the park?

What will the hire cost?
Ask for a quote covering your group, duration, access and any extras. Confirm the charge for additional people before increasing your numbers.
Which areas are included?
Agree the areas and facilities with the team. Do not assume every part of the venue is included in your hire.
Can we add equipment or coaching?
Include these requests when you enquire. The team will confirm availability and any additional costs.
Do the normal registration and age rules apply?
Yes. Everyone must register through Sessions before arrival. Read the park rules for age, supervision and disclaimer requirements.
How do we confirm a booking?
The team will confirm the arrangements, payment and cancellation terms. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a slot.
